Who was the fellow that was giving stamps to beginning collectors? I know is was posted up here for a very long time. My Grandson just turned that age where he is showing interest of collecting things: stamps, rocks, old coins etc. I remembered the post that was here but I no longer see it and don't see it in the ended giveaways either.
