Reports Of Recent Login Issues

It appears some may have a corrupted cookie for some reason. This causes the page to just refresh and login info to clear when trying to log in. Happened to my account, but did not happen to my test account plus one other report by email today.

Clearing the cookies and cache for the site seems to immediately fix it.

Scratch all that, the answer for right now is to go to this page and login.

Bobby, I have had this problem for a few days. My work around was to open a forum post and then login. Worked every time

I have seen, and emulated, a login issue on the opening page of the SCF site. I believe that I also tested by removing all cookies and it the issue remained.

The work-around is to login using almost ANY other page. Just this week I helped a member with this issue. (sorry Bobby, I haven't gotten around to reporting it.)

Edir; The login on the opening page results in a 404 error, so it appears to be trying to send users to an unknown page.

Log in option has disappeared from the opening page still.

I have had no trouble logging in last night or this morning

Yeah, that page is still acting up, so I at least temporarily removed it from there.
