Today, February 1, 2022, start the Vietnamese New Year of the Tiger! Tet, Vietnamese New Year, is the most important celebration in Vietnamese culture, celebrates the arrival of spring based on the Vietnamese calendar. It is the occasion for Vietnamese to express their respects for ancestors as well as welcoming the lunar New Year with family members.

This set of stamps, issued by the Republic of Vietnam (South Vietnam) on January 26, 1975, shows Tet customs:

Dancing with a dragon costume:

Children playing with firecrackers:

Giving lucky money to children and gifts to elder man:

I know Scott had not listed the NLF issues (as of my 2017 Scott) but wondering they have added them since then.

I am trying to locate a space in Steiner pages for Scott 618A (aka Michel 647, Y&T 703). This stamp was issued in 1971.

Most of the stamps issued for use by Viet-Minh (VM) forces during first Indochina war, were overprinted French Indochina stamps. Only one set of stamps was designed and issued special for the VM. It is a set of 5 stamps shows Ho Chi Minh issued in two part during 1946-8. The two on the right are semi-postal Stamps with inscription: "Pho Thu Cuu Quoc", meaning "For National Defense":

Scott catalogue lists more two stamps, printed on a very delicate rice paper issued specifically for the VM with design of HCM. Michel catalogue lists them under Vietnam.

Today, I "discovered" a thread about the largest stamp in the world. I did a quick search to find a thread about the smallest stamp in the world but seems there is no thread deals with this subject. Any way, my smallest stamps in my collections were issued by Vietnam during the 70-80's. Here is the smallest of them from 1981 about worker militia:

For comparison, I scanned it with France definitive stamp:

Here are other small format stamps from 1979 about five years plan:

Nguyen Du (1766 – 1820), is a celebrated Vietnamese poet and musician. He is known for his epic poem "the tale of Kieu", recounts the life, trials and tribulations of Thuy Kieu, a beautiful and talented young woman, who has to sacrifice herself to save her family from prison. She sells herself into marriage with a middle-aged man, not knowing that he is a pimp, and is forced into prostitution. Some post-colonial writers have interpreted it as a critical, allegorical reflection on the rise of the Nguyen dynasty.

The 200th anniversary of Nguyen Du birthday, issued by North Vietnam on November 25, 1965. The last stamp shows a scene from "The Tale of Kieu":
