Why answer a request from over 8 years ago and why is the answer not in English?

...sometimes, people come back (even after 8 years), but if it is prohibited on this Forum, than I will avoid doing it again....
...and yes, I answered "automatically", because person come/is located in Zagreb, so, just answered in language he know well.... (I too)...

As I understand things, it has always been a rule or convention here to use English as the language of the forum. Concerning older posts, I think if the topic has general interest to the members as a whole, there is nothing wrong with resurrecting a dormant thread though it has been asked that we mention that we are bumping an old thread.

The issue is not that an old thread was revived. It is more about reviving five dead 'trades' threads that have been moved to the 'closed' archive in a single evening, and when all five started by people who have not been online for years.

There should be no problem reviving relevant dormant threads. This was a dead one.
