It is common to find stamps with presidents Washington, Lincoln, F.D.Roosevelt or J.F.Kennedy.
But it's not usual to find them with president William H. Taft and Woodrow Wilson :

Washington is all you're gong to get from Poland. This is Scott 319 from 1938 commemorating the 150 anniv of the US Constitution. Featured is Tadeusz Kosciuszko, serious Polish hero who fought alongside Washington, he designed some fortifications at West Point: Thomas Paine, well known American patriot & mentioned in a Bob Dylan song: & George Washington himself, but what's that flag he's holding, artistic license by the stamp designer perhaps.

Moving forward to the Bicentennial of the American Revolution, from 1975 we have a miniature sheet, Scott 2122, featuring the same three guys on the 1932 Polish commemorative Scott 267 (previously posted on page 2] namely: George Washington, Tadeusz Kosciuszko, & Casimir Pulaski. Pulaski also fought alongside Washington but died at the battle of Savannah on Sept 11 1779.
