I soaked these off a child's scrapbook dating to the time of the Pan American Exposition. Although they aren't pristine, I thought I'd upload them for your pleasure anyhow. They actually comprise several series. The world map, running buffalo, and the second scan with buildings and Niagara Falls are from one series/sheet of at least 23 different designs. This sheet came in several different colors besides the blue illustrated here including red, orange and green. The Temple of Music on the lower scan is the location where Pres. McKinley was assassinated. Guess it put a little damper on the festivities at the Exposition.

Those are excellent, Larry!
I just got this item on an envelope containing a kmp purchase. It's a reproduction of your top cindy from a 2001 Pan-American Exposition Invert Stamps Centennial Souvenir Sheet (there's a mouthful).

But yours are the real deal, and still very nice despite any condition issues.

I was also wondering if there were any cinderellas from the Columbian Exposition? Or 1898 Trans-Mississippi? Or the 1904 St. Louis World's Fair?

While this link only briefly touches on stamps, I recommend you check this out with photos and postcards and news articles from the history of the 1901 Pan Am Exhibition that can easily make you feel as if you have been taken back to 1901!

1775mac's collection is nothing short of extraordinary. I love the appearance of those tickets. The engraving has the quality of printed currency. Wouldn't mind collecting some of those, but I get in enough trouble just dealing with my stamps.

Thank you, Ipmiller. But do not short change yourself. The second sheet of Cinderella's are just great and I am still trying to get a complete set. The bi color 1901 postage set is one of my favorites.

1775mac, since you seem to be an enthusiast of the 1901 Pan American Exposition, I thought you might enjoy this one. Seems to be an advertising card (probably just handed out at the Expo). It was one of several antiques my grandmother gave me. I believe she might actually attended the Expo when she was a small child. Again, I really enjoyed your collection of tickets.

I found a set of these in a "junior" album printed around the same time as the expo. I've always wondered what the father or mother of this child might have purchased at the same time while giving their child a set of Cinderellas.

Here's one from 1904. The centre stamp from a sheet of 9.

I just came by these in a collection. They seemed a worthy bump for this old thread.
