These documents were created in triplicate and sent by three different methods. Which ever one arrived first became the official one, and the other ones would be destroyed. Nice that it's in Russian money.

Yes, it absolutely looks like a stamp is missing—I hadn't even noticed that until now. So, this must be the second version that arrived. But is this actually rare or not worth much?
