This appears to be a cover from Charlestown, MS (Mississippi) to Quincy Point, Mass cancelled on Feb 11, 1863. Quick research shows no town in MS named Charlestown but one named Charleston. There is a Charlestown, Mass. And why would a confederate state allow a Union stamp to be mailed from Mississippi. Could the MS in this case standard for Massachusetts?

It is Massachusetts. Back in the 1860s Massachusetts was abbreviated Ms in postmarks. Mississippi was Miss
