Your stamp matches what is known about this variety, with a small caveat that there may be very slight differences in the states of the "c" for this stamp. Any slight difference in the "c" would NOT change the value to any significant degree, so you can happily assume that your stamp has a catalog value of about $5.
So, not rare, relatively common, known catalog value.
