You don't need photos which can't really capture the difference anyway.
The first thing you should always do is use the search function of this forum. Almost every topic has been discussed at length multiple times and so is the case with chalky paper. Type "chalky vs ordinary" or "chalky " into the search engine and you will get back dozens of excellent results.
In any case, what you will find is that running your finger over a chalky stamp vs and ordinary stamp, you will immediately notice the difference, chalky being very smooth (slick). Most times the chalky stamp will also have a shine to the surface. It is not a subtle thing. You will know when a stamp is chalky.
