I do not wish to comment upon the stamp shown. I only wish to make an observation that in stamp identification nomenclature, an 11A and an 11a are not the same item. Uppercase and lowercase letters can carry different meanings even when the same letter.

Hard to judge colors for a 150-year-old used stamp that seems as if it has seen better days. It could even be faded carmine. Let's see if someone else has an opinion.

PS: As with your other pics, the resolution is poor. Can you make any changes so that your pictures are clearer?

Based solely on how the image presents on my screen, I'd say it's an 11b
