The November 1965 issue of "The Bureau Specialist" has an article by Walter McIntire which includes the following:

The Scott editors are aware of this article and a later 1946 mention in "Sloane's Column" because I have handed both articles to them in-person. I suspect they may be wanting a first-hand government record rather than second-hand articles.
