Need Help Identifying Australian Military Troops 1948 Cover In Egypt

Trust you are all well and safe.
I need some help identifying this military cover. I see the cancellation on the Egyptian Stamp goes back to 1948 and it Says 'Australian', while the bottom reads DETAILS P.O. Then we have the red censor with 3151.
I have tried to find out about Australian troops in Egypt but unfortunately, the information there is very limited, hence I was unable to understand this cover.
A piece of information would be very appreciated.
