I decided to go small scale. The eBay sync function is not robust and so rather than deal with keeping everything in sync (I tend to edit things fairly often), I am just going to list at most a hundred items there and see how it goes. I'm listing some of my most expensive items. Those don't get edited much - keeping them in sync should be easy. They also don't sell very often, so bookkeeping shouldn't be too bad. Wish me luck.

Good luck. HIP texts me every day and I have only ever made one purchase. So at least they are doing the nudging work to get people to the site. |

Since APS moved the store there I would think the site has some more legitimacy than before. I take it you are still not a fan. |

Not a fan here - I get more non paying buyers on HipStamp than any other site. I dont have a big prescence there so its rather alarming the number. About ready to bail on it anyway. |

Rich60 - how do you get non-paying customers on Hip? I've never been able to get stamps on that site without first paying. |

I've been selling on HipStamp since its inception (and previously all the way back to when it was StampWants) and have yet to have a non-paying buyer. Granted I'm not a big player but I'm talking several thousand transactions there. Where I get the non-payers is on eBay, but still only occasionally. |

BobinRye - Buyers bid and win my auctions then stiff me. Happens quite frequently to me on HipStamp - can't explain. I sell lots on ebay and probably been 2 years since I had a non-paying bidder |

@Rich60 -- thanks for explanation. So your not out money, just the time lost on the auction? Or do you ship the goods after auction and they don't pay you? I don't use the Hip auctions so don't know if like the fixed prices sales, cash is due before shipping. |

I've been selling on Hip for almost 3 years. I've never encountered a non paying buyer. |
