To answer that question - as is the case with several other questions you have posed - it requires details of the stamp to identify it. Details include the type of paper, i.c. thickness, and the watermark.
A problem with your stamp is that it is cut very close to the image. As such, it may be a perforated stamp cut down to make it look like an imperforate stamp.
