come across this please tell me if im right or wrong
been 3 weeks of being into stamp researching as was given to me by others a large collection untouched for over 50 years plus roughly

Very difficult to see given the glare, but have you considered that this might be a flat plate printed stamp - Scott 498?

Take pictures during the day, not with a flashlight when it's too dark.
Also hold you cellphone right vertically above the stamp, no hipshot pictures, please.
Firstly, show us the back of the stamp, this is always required with this issue.
