The following three stamps were all printed lithographically (Odruck), all apparently cancelled to order, the cancellations relatively shiny (glänzend), all without gum. I therefore suppose that these are not stamps of the original 1954 issue but are from the 1957 Nachdruck. But my copy of Deutschland-Spezial (2003) does not include these cancellation place names and/or dates in the lists of those that were used, either for the Nachdruck or for the CTOs of the 1954 issue. Does anyone with a more recent edition find these cancellations in those lists? If not, do you think that these stamps, despite their appearance, were postally used?

MiNr 14xXII, readable portion of date of cancel: " -5.12.5.."

MiNr 15xXII, cancelled "Gera 4", readable portion of date: " ...56-21"

MiNr 15xXII, date of cancellation: "-11 56"

Thanks for any help you can give me.
Eric

Isn't there a difference in the number of the halftone dots above the white area over the hammer?

Yes, indeed. And I ought to have mentioned that as well. All three of these stamps have in that area five dots diagonally arranged rather than three. Hence, considering that along with the other features I noted above, I assumed that these were stamps of the 1957 Nachdruck. That's why I wondered why the dates of cancel don't appear in the list that Michel provides? And I wonder if perhaps a newer edition of the Spezial has a more complete list of cancellation cities and dates.
