Help With Japanese Revenue Identification

I have acquired a few lots of Japanese revenues recently and while I have been able to ID and date most of them, but I have not been able to find out any info on the ones below. Any help would be appreciated.

First one : health insurance stamp

I have seen the term Shotoku taishi revenue come up before for those last ones but have no idea what that implies for the usage

first one: national health insurance, 1st series, 16 Yen (1953.11.1]
second one: general revenue, New Showa, 2nd series, 20 Yen (1957.4.1)
third group: trade tax series (1948) , 1 Yen perf, 1 Yen imperf, 10 Sen imperf.
fourth group: ditto, from left - 2 Yen, 20 Sen, 30 Sen and 50 Sen, all imperf.
fifth group: general revenue, New Showa, 1st series, 1948.9.1
from left - 10 Yen, 100 Yen, 50 Yen, 1000 Yen

Looks like a good set of eyes on the Japan revenues, so tagging on. Any information you can provide on the one below - can you help identify - I believe to be a Japanese revenue of some type. Thanks for your help.
