Nicely decorated with vintage Disney characters. No idea why the image shows a rather large brown rectangle other than being scanned on a cheap device.

Have you looked at the watermark? Please describe. Donald Duck eyes are blue dots. Original. Solid blue eyes would be a photocopy. These came with a bond purchase. Fun item.

redwoodrandy, I don't see a watermark. The Blue in Donald's eyes have tiny dots the black in his eyes is solid. I purchased the item from Scripophily.com. a firm I thoroughly trust.

There will be a watermark. Each different printer has their own watermark. For instance the US Government printing office has an eagle. Keep looking.
