This German stamp has a Bulgarian post cancel from,Custendil. How could this be explained, isn't it suppose to be used only with a German canceled on it ?
It may be a receiving cancel. Airmailed from Germany to Bulgaria, and the receiving post office saw the stamps had missed the cancellation and postmarked it themselves.
