I think that there are several members on SCF who collect Esperanto material.
There are 2 lots on eBay listed as cinderellas with quite some labels. These are NOT my lots, I just did see them and they are difficult to locate on eBay.

Thanks for that! The absence of the word "Esperanto" anywhere in the titles or descriptions would indeed make the lots hard to find.

I have that one on a postcard:

The writer of the card, one Erich Bergmann, says of the congress: "The 4th International Esperantist Congress was truly very beautiful. I had the honor of meeting Dr. Zamenhof [the inventor of Esperanto]."

Slight digression. The Good Ship Esperanto docks at Angers - guessing late-'50s/early-'60s

Saluton al ciuj Esperanto-kolektantoj!!

Last week, during my visit to our philatelic club I saw a collection of 20 covers about Esperanto. I don't collect Esperanto but I bought for a friend for less than 3$. All of them with nice postmark about Esperanto. I just checked and found three of them contain Cinderella label:

Do we have a general thread about Esperanto? If yes, I can post all 20 covers, each with different commemorative postmark and several with Esperanto cachet and/or stamp. Dankon!!

We don't have a general Esperanto thread, but that shouldn't prevent you from starting one!

An Esperanto Cinderella that I bought on eBay just arrived in today's mail. It's from the Internacia Republiko de Falkoj (International Republic of Falcons) and dated 1935. According to Richard Hirsch's Katalogo de la Tuta Esperanto-Filatelio, it's related to Scouting ("junaj skoltoj"), but I can find no solid confirmation of this, nor any further information about the stamp's origin. I speculated that it might have been produced at a World Scout Jamboree, but that event did not take place in 1935.
