That vignette on the Westinghouse certificate looked very familiar. I managed to find one in my collection from Lehigh Valley RR with a slightly modified version. Interestingly, mine has an imprint of American Bank Note and yours is Canadian Bank Note. CBN was, until the 1980s, owned by ABN and obviously they shared their vignette inventory.





Canadian stocks from the 20th century seem to share a common factor -- the central "seal" shows the year of incorporation. I don't have many from Canada but they all have a similar appearance.
