I see on Delcampe that people are selling a new Belgium Precancel Catalogue but only showing a few pictures. Has anyone seen a copy and can provide details of its title and author and ideally a review of it
Horrible unreadable images. Is it an authoritative catalogue, i.e., is it recognized in the field? There's no working title and the statement "revised every day" makes it appear that it's one collector's solo work, not formally published.
Seems very sparse for the cost and none of the images actually appear to show any images of actual precancels. Unless it is greatly expanded over the 2005 USPCS World Precancel Catalog's coverage of Belgium, personally I would pass... but Belgian precancels is not my specialty.
