This was intended to be a post of something you did...
Over the last few days, I am having working on my stamp database (all in Microsoft Excel). I have been correcting data entries and confirming what I have and need.
I used one common file with all listings and then use filters to show what is in my album plus I have collections of coils, booklets, and sheets.
I am still working on adding figuring out what pages I need to create or modify in my albums since the Mystic album is missing minor listing issues (and some major ones).

Friday is my primary ebay search day. I spend Friday night (to the extent family allows) going through a series of bookmarked ebay searches that I review once each week.
This weekend will be filling out the prospectus for the Garfield-Perry March Party and updating the title page and synopsis for my Postal Savings exhibit, then doing work on revising the exhibit pages (I'm going to have to completely re-do the 10-frame exhibit between now and March I think).
If there is time, I have some recent eBay and other acquisitions that need to get put away. |

I finally got the massive inventory of the JIM CZYL collection into some kind of organization this week . As many of you know that I purchased a large percentage of his inventory over five different public stamp auctions . I would say 50% of what I purchased are duplicates ,if not in the same lot from auction or some of the same stuff came from various lots over different auctions .I still have about 30% of all the lots to process but I wanted to start seeing some order to all the pages that I have been mounting over the past 18 months . Its true that this project is taking a lot longer than I thought . Now these binders that I show below does not include my own collection and inventory which still needs to be worked on . I think it will take another year before I have a decent showing of worldwide Cinderella that I can display on the internet , the work I got done is already 2X to 3X larger than the WITT COLLECTION . Once I get this huge group scanned and ready for display I will need help by many here and the collecting community to proof my display pages to correct or add information as needed for long term display . |

Yesterday spent a couple of hours on the phone with APS about the future and digital philately. Spend balance of time yesterday improving the eBay search strings for Stamp Smarter database. Spent a few hours last night working on some adding a lot of Polish stamps in my Big Blues. This morning has been spent on rewriting Stamp Smarter website code to be responsive, adding the October stamp contest, and playing Mod for the forum. Don |

Spending 1 to 3 hours nightly scanning my mint collection to send all of the images from 1990 through 2016 to 51studebaker for the Canadian portion of the StampSmarter database. |

I mailed a serviceable copy of US #73, at no charge, to a philatelic friend who has been nice to me and is just getting in to US classics. I prepared a box of donations to the kids' program of my local club. I mailed a check to Kelleher to pay for auction lots that excite me. |

Spent a couple of hours, in bad lighting, trying to identify an 1851 experimental orange brown stamp. I will post about my progress in another thread.

New to SCF so I spent a lot of time going over topics. It's insetting to ready a lot of the reply's. I will be more active in areas I need to understand better. SCF could be a wonderful learning tool for me. |

Today I added a few dozen stamps to my Luxembourg (Steiner) album and weeded out some duplicates. Also mounted three dozen or so MNH South Africa. Yesterday I worked on British Colonies, adding a few stamps and moving some from a stockbook to Vario pages. I've been using mostly stockbooks for a nascent worldwide collection, but I've recently decided I'm going to house the classic era separately on Vario pages. I'm going to keep using stockbooks (for now at least) for modern issues. The move will progress gradually and I'll mostly do it as I acquire new stamps. Tomorrow I'm probably going to work on Turkey, moving it to a new stockbook while integrating some recent purchases. I've got maybe 100 stamps to move and 50 new ones to add, so it won't be too big of a project. |

Ordered US precancel Bureau and T&T catalogs and associated databases. Added stamps to my worldwide (used) collection. Started an order list for my US (used) collection. |
