This was stuck to an envelope I received for an ebay purchase. I'm pretty sure from the one straight edge that it comes from a booklet pane. Can anyone tell me which one? Thanks, fimpster

If you want more detail, it's actually part of the booklet pane listed as Scott 1595d, as shown here: |

The Hermes head indicates Greece as the country, but the pointer is not at that location. |

Sheesh. Spent 2 days hunting for information. Thanks Jill and replies. That was Fast.
orstampman, Hermes is the God of Trade.
That should have teased me away from a Philatelic bent.

For some reason this looks familiar. Any idea of what language? Blue possibly product quality seal. Astrology, Zodiac, Korea or Japan. |

Rodney: I wish I had the time at the moment to track this down, but I'm pretty sure this is Japanese, like a trade association stamp or something similar. I won't place bets on it, but I think I've seen it in the Shimomura revenue catalog.
Hopefully someone else will come along who can nail this down more specifically. |

Unknown PAR AVION letter seal / indicia. Possibly a Phantasy stamp. Possibly AAA at bottom. Not part of the Messina Earthquake Cinderellas, my first guess. |

Hi Rod,
I'd guess it's a label from the Australian Air Mail Association.
I don't see it listed in "Triangular Philatelics". |

Hi Nigel, well there's a surprise. That would have been my last guess. Looks European to me. I searched triangulars as well, and was surprised to see so many airmail stamps in the triangular format. It will remain an enigma at present. Note: Searched Bill Hornadge's World Cinderella CD, not evidenced there. |
