There are two ways to Reply to a thread - the 'full' reply dialog box, or the simpler 'quick reply'



If you use the 'full' reply, clicking the Quote button will insert the quote tags. The text you place between the tags will appear in a gray box (as does the question above).



As an alternative, you can manually type the quote tags in the 'quick reply' box.
