and here is the eddie aviation stamp,the best ever.

Just found these among my childhood stamp collection. I don't know what year they were released.

I just noticed the year is printed on the stamp - 1961

Hey now Bandicoot!!! I'm not that bad. It's just that all these stamps with planes on them remind me of the posters and calender pictures I used to have my bedroom wallpapered with as I was growing up. I have a soft spot for Aviation and will always have it. And speaking of ol' Eddie up there. I used to live about three miles from Rickenbacker Air Base in Columbus right in line with the runways. Love to watch the planes taking off and landing.
