On June 9, 1993 New Zealand issued a set of four, 45c "Endangered Species" stamps arranged as a se-tenant block of 4 throughout a pane of 100. One of these stamps (SG #1738) depicts a giant snail, a rock wren and a Hamilton's frog (Leiopelma hamiltoni).

From animaldiversity.org, "Leiopelma hamiltoni has a very narrow geographic range, residing only on Stephen's Island, New Zealand."

Here is the 12 value (Sc #461) from Jersey's September 27, 1988 Operation Raleigh set of six. Stamp depicts a red-eyed tree frog, or rainforest leaf frog (Agalychnis callidryas).

This 1st domestic rate (22p) stamp of Great Britain is from the February 5, 1991 Greetings "Good Luck", single-pane booklet of 10 different designs. Stamp (SG #1541) depicts a frog, a snail and a mallard, with raining cats and dogs in the background.

On February 2, 1993 Great Britain issued a single-pane, Greetings "Gift Giving" booklet of ten different, 1st domestic rate (24p) stamps. One of these stamps (SG #1647), shown here, depicts Mole and Toad from Wind in the Willows.

On November 24, 1981 the DDR issued a miniature sheet of six different stamps featuring historical toys. The 70 pf value (Mi #2666) of this set, shown here, depicts a mechanical/wind-up jumping frog.
