Hi, Eli  Am I right to suppose that the shooting stamp presents Israel's Sergey Richter?   It would be logical - he is the current world record holder in 10 m air rifle, and there's that controversial issue with his Olympic license. Is there any information on the matter in Israeli mass media? |

Thanks much, Eli Is there any information of the same kind on the other two stamps? I have strong doubts in regards to synchronous swimming - I have only found information on a duet in 2008. But the cycling stamp contains some possibility of presenting a real athlete. |

The upper set I just posted, completes the series of Tokyo Olympic Games semi-postal stamps issued by Japan during 1961-1964. Six sets were issued, total 20 stamps, all are beautifully designed and engraved. The stamps were reissued in 1964 in six different SS's. Here are all together in order of date of issue:  |
