Here a portion of Steiner's Ireland Flowers Type of 2004 page for Scott Numbers 1723-1929. That's 7 stamps... but Steiner has 8 boxes. What stamp number goes in that 8th box???

IRELAND
In box 8 you put Scott # 1729,
In the last row ,the first stamp is #1723 , second box -unknown ? ,third box #1728 and fourth box #1729.

Looks like they put in a extra box in the second row for a 55c. stamp.

The first row {4 boxes } #1724 ,1725,1726 and 1727 .

Considering the stamps are from early 2007, these are self-adhesive, and the values are in parenthesis, I expect the first two boxes at the bottom are the two "N" stamps from the booklet issued 1 March 2007.

One is like the 55c stamp Large-flowered Butterwort but with value "N."
The other shows Blue-eyed Grass and has the value "N."

The two "N" stamps are on the previous page and listed in Scott's catalog as #1712 and #1713 issued Mar 1 , 2007 .

Then, it, probably, is not a booklet but self-adhesive coil stamp.

Someone could ask Steiner to move my box with the #1712 down one row so it will be three boxes on the third row and three boxes at the bottom row .
then the page will look more balanced .
