I have a mint block of four and on cancelled single. Scott's 2024 doesn't show or mention this stamp. When Googled, there are wild swings in rarity and value. any thoughts??

Scott C39.
Note it is the same design as the 5 cent C33, thus Scott seldom shows later stamps with denomination changes.
Extremely common, although the T.H. perfin will make it more interesting to some.

In my opinion, this is a case where Scott could be helpful to collectors and bend its rules to illustrate a later-issued item which is commonly encountered and which is non-consecutive in the catalog.
