If someone saw that before. May be nothing special. May be a blade not cleaned properly.

This shows up very vividly on the blue 5 cent as well. I see some form of this on all the 5 cents I have. Should check the whole set for kicks.

On the latest post, the extra line appears to be a brown colour, so may be an ink spill. Then there is the dark brown dot and the dots in the '2"

Yes, an extra line does occur there. However, the dotted horizontal line is in the upper right, above the corner crease.
