Hello.
Recently I have received some stamps and I need help with one of them
Is this a large 2c queen stamp? what about the paper? laid one?

Yes, it's a 2c large queen.

The paper is horizontal wove.

Definitely not Laid paper. So far only three copies are known. I was the finder of the third copy.
