Hi Pshann,

I think there's evidence of perf holes at the base of the second stamp.

If I were a betting man I'd say the first stamp has been trimmed at the base.

Hope this info helps

I'm still wondering how the perks extend past the end of the 5d imperforate stamp?
Anyone have any opinions?
It just doesn't make sense
