Besides the Hearst insignia stamp albums, a booklet was also offered by Western Air Lines (WAL). Western's tri-fold album contained room for the first 50 gummed stamps issued by Hearst. As well, much of the text found in the WAL folder was lifted from the first Hearst stamp album.

The WAL album is printed on both sides and when opened measures 16 by 18 inches. The folder's front and back covers featured reproductions of 24 Disney insignia designs. While there is no copyright printed on the folder, the item was advertised in newspapers as early as the spring of 1942.

I have only ever seen two of these offered for sale and I have owned both. I kept one for my collection and sold the other. here's the cover of the one I own:

I like these Disney war insignia stamp series and have seen some of the Hearst publications (and have a few) to mount and describe the stamps. I have seen three different series publications, but have not seen the one you are showing. How neat!

We typically call these labels "Cinderellas".
