In America at least, being brought to justice is not to harmed. I only want to keep the money I made with my honest job.

To classic_paper: I know, but every detail helps, if they used that same email for another account that got banned, it could be the link I need to save my butt. I guess eBay has that, but it just best to get EVERY detail you can to provide to the police

In America at least, a person is innocent until proven guilty and everyone is entitled to a fair trial. Justice is not doxxing someone who has not yet been proven of wronging or harming someone else. Justice is served by going through either the criminal or civil legal system.

Unfortunately, I only returned to this topic over a year after Guinness1759 posted his request for help.

I am willing to help, if you are still trying to recover lost money ; but when I click the "send an e-mail" link on your profile, the software tells me I am prevented from sending a message, and I don't want to post my own personal e-mail address here.

I sent a message to the moderators, asking if there is any way they can connect me to you.

Matthew Chea's Ebay ID is still live. His feedback list shows about 10 adverse comments for being a non-paying bidder, and one accusing him of robbing a seller (which may of course be from Guiness1759).

I never received any reply from the Police station in Saint Cloud, which may be due to the fact that I'm not a US citizen, or that they aren't interested in investigating online crime.

You need to have 50 "quality" posts here, before you can contact an individual member. That is why tou are prevented from sending a mail.
Posting your personal email address, also, is a no-no.

Guinness1759 may have become inactive after his or her last post in this thread.

He did it again, August last year - same "switcheroo" tactics :

And his Ebay list of feedback as a buyer (although all "positives", as forced upon sellers by Ebay) shows 10 adverse comments for failure to pay for won items, plus at least one further scam of a seller who says he was robbed.
