I saw this article online about the many sellers of counterfeit postage.
I've heard of this on Ebay, but this article also mentions other sites selling fake US Stamps.
I thought it was good to see a well read publication publish an article like this, to draw attention to this problem and hopefully help keep people from being scammed.

Thanks for this post! I am new to all this and didn't know so much counterfeiting was happening with just regular everyday stamps. I know people would fake valuable collectible stamps, but didn't expect this.

The USPS may issue a press release about the prevelance of fraudulent postage, but yet it seems to do nothing about the advertising outlets promoting the scams: e.g., Facebook (aka Meta), Google, etc. Ano news about the serving of cease and desist orders; nothing about law suits, etc.
