The First shows a partially readable "corp" midway up and a bit left of centre along with an "A" preceded by a G or C more or less centred at the bottom of the Victoria portrait. Ink colour is pale grey blue.
Oops..I see your first and second, do not relate to the order
Not understanding your opinion.I see a High Value 5r stamp with part CDS strike CEYLON (Code D)
with handwritten (perhaps re-use protection) dated, (4th May 1940) and possibly signed.
Value would suggest either parcel usage or telegraph.
Other stamp is a 4-2-2-4 Barred "B" strike
with a re-use protection / commercial overprint
Unknown, only one 2 have in my collection is "Carson and Co" Ceylon and "CAVE"
No "corp" listed as a ceylon commercial opt here

I would suggest you email them with a scan of your stamp.
