Wp. Harris still makes little bags of about 300 stamps both U.S. and WW on paper. I started out getting about two a month from my local Hobby Lobby store but then it got to where I was getting alot of the same thing so I haven't bought any in awhile.

Mystic Stamp company has a nice Mystery Mix that is mostly WW with a few U.S. mixed in that is nice. It runs about $32. My fiance bought me one back in January for my birthday and I was very pleased with the selection. I even found some old liquor and some Internal Revenue stamps in it.

I bid on a 2100 stamp lot from a seller on eBay and received 600 ,I told the seller the the count was short by 1500 so they sent me out another 1800 stamps that made me a very happy chappy
If you live in western suburbs of Sydney I found that the local stamp and coin shops in the Blacktown area sell bags of stamps as well
