Hi all.

My first post on this forum.

I have not been active on any forums for years, so please be patient if I am not yet up to speed. I am over 60 and have not kept up with technology for the last few years.

First I tried to add an image from Imgur, and got an unfriendly site message. I put Imgur into the search function and found only one old post from 2013 saying its blocked because of the sites content. No problem.

So I tried the image optimiser and saved the image to my pc. I then uploaded the image, previewed it and all seemed fine.

I do not want to mess up so would appreciate some advice before I start adding images.

Am I correct in thinking I can now delete or move that file from my pc, and that its stored here forever ?.

Cheers.

Yes, once you upload it here what you do with it on your PC is irrelevant.

You also can reuse images in the future without uploading again. All your uploaded images can be found here...
