I have been collecting on and off for about 50 years. Currently back on after having acquired a Hoover vacuum cleaner box full of loose stamps. Haven't gone through the whole thing but decided to get back into the hobby.

I have been specializing in US stamps with emphasis on acquiring as many mint varieties as possible. Currently moving from Liberty set to the Mystic Premium set. Not too interested in self adhesives.

I have a world wide collection in two Statesman albums. Plan is to break out into some binders with Steiner pages for countries that the Statesman albums are getting too full from. Don't plan to buy any more foreign. Plan to start with countries from the Overrun Countries 1943-1944 US series.

Also have a Canadian specialty album from Harris. Also collected first day covers for a few years.

Have learned a lot about the hobby so far from the forum and look forward to reading much more.
