Hello everyone,This booklet appears to have been printed with no gum. Is this what's referred to as "dull gum"? There's obvious miscut and perforation errors,do these type of errors increase the value? I appreciate the input, Thanks, Jonathan
Flipacoin, I do not think it is a blind perf. The perfotation is totally missing - I think it is a broken perforator pin. It is also not very unusual, but some folks do collect those as curiosities. Value? Only to the fellow that collects them I suppose.
