Thought that it may be a revenue or something like that. I have a strip of 3 that has a 1959 cancel, if that helps!

It looks like a revenue stamp with that purple cancel,so it wouldn't be in a postage stamp catalog.

Your clue that this is a revenue is the word "Timbre". This is a relatively common revenue stamp from the 1960's.
