Just announced today are the following USPS postal rate changes:
http://about.usps.com/news/national...hng_1018.pdfWhile the increases are modest, and the Forever stamps will be unchanged (just a higher price when the new rates take effect) it will prompt the need for many new stamps and postal stationery items, including a 32-cent postal card, an 85-cent stamp for letters to Canada and Mexico and a $1.05 stamp for letters to other international destinations.
Just as we thought the stamp program for 2011 was coming to a close, I guess we stamp collectors need to be prepared for a host of new stamp issues coming out within the next 90 days.
