While I'm not interested in the envelope, thought some might find it interesting to see what the "beautiful cloth bound album" promotional coupon on the back was all about, thanks to this Ebay listing:

What strikes me is that the packet included revenue stamps, which does not seem a typical offering in your standard, mass-produced stamp packets.

A couple comments:

First, I wish I could mail a book that size for 10 cents!

Second, it's not a bad little album, but given the quality of the pre-printed images, I'd NEVER get anything mounted in the right space.
