1999 Commemorative Stamp Yearbook (just the book, there are no stamps in it).

This is the only year I have, but assume the series is the same? It is hardback book with navy blue cloth cover and silver binding on the spine.

The book is FREE, but you'll have to pay the shipping.

If you're in the US, it will be $4 or $5 or less depending on how it's packed.

If you're International, the best way is probably an International Priority Mail envelope for around $14 or $15.
