I believe these are all considered to be tax stamps? Are they properly "cinderellas" or in Financial listing?
Any idea as to value?

They are Revenue stamps. To be more specific Documentary Stamps (AKA "Red's"). They are also overprinted with year called "Dated Doc's". Overprinted "Stock Transfer" they are Stock Transfer Stamps.

Standard "Red's" are listed as Scott #'s R228-R239 Value used is about .25-.50 ea.

Their are 2 types:
Type 1 plain periods on eather side of "cents".
Type 2 has a dot in the center of the 2 periods.
