I've been putting off this post for a while now, but I must post it now because it's getting absurd.

This is for members that have any of the forum administrative emails in Their address book. If you forward a silly mass email to any of our email addresses from now on your email address will be instantly put on the blacklist. You will not be able to contact anyone here no matter what the problem.

I'm sorry about this but it is getting completely and utterly ridiculous. We get 150-250 legitimate emails a day that must be handled and this silliness is now impeding my efforts to run our sites.

• Bill Gates will not send you a check for $245 for every person you forward an email to, believe me.
• I've seen the kitty with the lime on his head a thousand times, it doesn't make me smile anymore.
• I don't care how Yahoo and Xerox got Their names and eBay did not start with Pierre selling Pez dispensers.

Please stop.

Now back to having fun....

I feel your pain! I've had to offend some of my friends who forward absolutely everything they get to my address.

Oh, and on't forget the little boy in Alabama who was born with a head but no body -- you can save him by sending in the pull tabs from your Coke cans....

And Italy would have added a fourth stamp to the set, just to honor it.

I was a sneaky devil, and sent in a mix of Coke pull tabs with Dr. Pepper pull tabs! Must be the stamp collector in me!

I got that e-mail about Bill Gates and his checks, twice today.

Many of these types of e-mails are e-mail account trackers. You forward a copy to your friends and a copy goes to the originator. You are then added to a spam list. DON'T FORWARD THEM!

Steve, I do not forward them myself..but 4 or 5 of the folks from the forum sent them to me..i will have to delete em !!

Ok.....I admit I was one of them.....It's the first thing I've forwarded to anyone since learning to use a computer....and it won't happen again.......my apologies to everyone.

I've gotten the same junk email from three different people today. I guess I'm as good as dead because I deleted all of them and didn't send them on to my ten best friends. First of all, I don't even have three friends, and secondly I'm too busy running up my post count to spend time helping Nigerians or headless babies or homeless rat terriers.

As part of my fun time I communicated with a scammer for nearly a year, got him to send me a letter with Benin stamps on it!

Sorry Guys and Gals I didn't even open those emails,the five that were sent to me I trashed straight away as soon as I saw them.

I never forward or answer these emails. I don't even look to see who sends them so no one has to feel bad
