New Sub Threads

Why dont we have the SCF create some new sub thread areas so we dot get all the other areas hijacked all over the place.

Like...Re-entry thread
like...EFO (errors, freaks and oddities)
etc..etc

If we're writing homework assignments for Bobby, howzabout consolidating all of the US & WordWide Picture Postcard topics?

Most of the PPC topics - "EthnoGraphs", "Railroads", etc - really do not benefit from a geographic distinction, and the joint traffic is not heavy enough to justify giving PPC collectors two places in the forum hierarchy to check for updates.

Precancels are not split.

PPC collectors demand equal geographic indifference!
