Got this item via an auction in the UK. It is a 1901 cover postmarked "TML Ry No.3". This is the old Tasmanian Main Line Rwy.
There are a bunch of sites that will tell you every thing you need to know on this operation.

This is my first Tasmanian TPO marking.
